Safety Observation Report
The Georgetown Airport Advisory Board, in a continuing effort to address safety issues at the Georgetown Municipal Airport, has developed an Airport Safety Observation Report form to identify and track safety related or other operational issues occurring at or near the Airport.
The Airport Safety Observation Report form establishes a way for safety related issues at the Georgetown Airport to be documented for review by the Airport Advisory Board. All Airport Safety Observation Reports will be used to identify those areas that the Georgetown Airport Advisory Board can address in its continuing effort to promote safety at the Georgetown Airport.
In order for the Airport Safety Observation Report form to be effective, we ask for your support by utilizing the form to report any safety-related issues that you may observe. Copies of the Airport Safety Observation Report form are either available in the terminal building lobby, at many of the flight training Fixed Based Operators, or by downloading an electronic version from the City of Georgetown website (see below). A completed report should either be placed in the terminal building drop box, or mailed to the address shown on the Airport Safety Observation Report form.
The Georgetown Airport Advisory Board sincerely appreciates your support towards promoting safety at the Georgetown Municipal Airport and encourages you to use the new Airport Safety Observation Report form.
